Beyond SCS

Rory is passionate about education and has served on the boards of South Central Scholars and the Columbia University Board of Visitors, as well as the Water Buffalo Club. He earned a B.A. in Economics and Operations Research from Columbia University in 1997, where he was a two-time football captain and three-time All–Ivy League selection. Rory later played professionally with the Arizona Cardinals before transitioning into finance. He enjoys spending time with his two children, coaching his son’s flag football team and traveling to volleyball tournaments with his daughter. Rory is also an avid golfer and traveler.
