Amy co-leads the Client Service Solutions team, a group of professionals responsible for implementing wealth strategy solutions in close partnership with client advisors in the Private Client Group. In addition to day-to-day leadership, she plays a key role in shaping the firm’s client service operating model—defining team structure, roles, and workflows to ensure scalable, consistent, and high-quality service delivery.
She enjoys working collaboratively with all stakeholders to develop and implement processes designed to balance scalable growth and the delivery of a white-glove client experience.

Beyond SCS

Amy grew up in Houston, Texas and met her husband, Kevin, in Charleston, South Carolina. Moving to Atlanta in 2004, Amy and Kevin live in Roswell with their two children, Suzie and Edward, and two schnauzers, Lucy and Koko. The Tierneys enjoy cooking together, soccer and tournaments, and lots of time on the beach.
