As Head of Investment Analytics, Syng is responsible for delivering data-driven insights across the firm’s investment program to inform portfolio decisions and ongoing monitoring. He is also closely involved in developing the firm’s asset allocation framework and capital markets assumptions, helping guide long-term investment strategy.

Syng is motivated by the opportunity to work alongside exceptionally talented individuals, where diverse perspectives come together to form a cohesive team united around a single goal—aiming to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.
