As Deputy Chief Investment Officer and a member of SCS’s Investment Committee and Leadership Team, Steve helps lead the firm’s investment strategy and continued evolution of its investment platform. He is actively involved in firmwide investment initiatives, including asset allocation, macroeconomic perspectives, capital market assumptions, investment content, and cross-platform collaboration.
Steve also oversees SCS’s public investment business, including Fixed Income, Hedge Funds, Public Equity, and Real Assets, and leads a team of investment professionals covering these areas. He plays an integral role in sourcing, evaluating, and making investment decisions across asset classes.
In addition, Steve is actively involved in mentoring investment professionals and engaging with clients and prospects on investment strategy and portfolio construction.
Steve lives with his wife and two children and loves spending time with his family. He enjoys coaching his daughter’s soccer team, making music, building trails in the woods, and golfing.
