As a Managing Director in the Private Client Group, Alice works closely with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families to make thoughtful, well-informed decisions across all aspects of their financial lives. She partners with clients to identify and develop customized investment, tax, and complex estate planning strategies that meet their needs, which requires integrating technical expertise with a deep understanding of family priorities, to navigate both near-term decisions and long-term objectives. Alice has built her career advising sophisticated clients with complex financial needs, working closely with families, their advisors, and internal teams to deliver highly customized solutions. She brings extensive experience in relationship management, strategic planning, and guiding clients through high‑stakes financial decisions. Throughout her career, Alice has been recognized for her collaborative approach, sound judgment, and commitment to long‑term client relationships.
Alice is motivated by helping families find ease, and enabling them to have comfort and confidence that they have created intention around their wealth. She enjoys building long-term relationships, and believes that while strong advice requires experience and knowledge, it also requires trust, judgment, and an understanding of what matters most to families. Constant learning, curiosity, and guiding families to paths that enable them to use their wealth to support their passions and values.

  • 20+ years’ experience in wealth and investment management
  • Prior to joining SCS in 2016, Alice was Senior Vice President at Bessemer Trust, a multi-family office based in New York, where she advised multi-generational families in their Boston and New York offices.

  • M.A.(Hons) in Philosophy & Classical Studies from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland

Beyond SCS

Outside of work, Alice enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active in the Boston community, and taking advantage of all the benefits of being based in New England – coastal Maine waters, snowy winters, and the many arts, music, and cultural institutions. Having studied overseas, her community is spread globally, which encourages as much travel as she can fit in. Alice previously served as Chair of the Professional Advisors Committee of The Boston Foundation. She is a member of The Boston Estate Planning Council, The Trusts & Estates Consortium, and serves as Alumni Development Representative for Milton Academy, in Milton, MA.
