Will Skeean, CFA

Will joined SCS Financial as part of its acquisition of Edge Capital in 2025 and serves as President. Prior to joining SCS, he was a Founding Partner and Chairman of the Board at Edge Capital.

In his role as President, Will’s responsibilities focus on the strategic management of the firm and allocating the resources to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service. Additionally, he continues to serve as an advisor to our family office clients.

He was born in Tulsa where his father built an engineering-focused technology company before moving it to Atlanta where Will grew up. From a young age, Will was surrounded by entrepreneurs working in his parents’ businesses. Learning values and work ethic within a family business, he joined Goldman Sachs after college where he led asset allocation and manager selection for a significant investment team while also earning the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation before becoming a co-founder of Edge Capital.
Will loves learning the stories of entrepreneurs like his father and mother to understand their personal and professional journey. He also has a passion for studying trends and understanding the effects of current events on global markets. When not sharing his experience helping client families oversee their family enterprises, he loves to cook and read books of all kinds (with a tilt towards fiction).

Will serves on the Board of Trustees at the Atlanta History Center and is also a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) in the Southern 7 Chapter. In his downtime, Will enjoys spending time with his wife, Corinne, and chasing his son, Clayton, and daughter, Natalie, around the yard.
