Nicole Jackson Leslie

Head of Wealth Strategy – Private Client Group

Nicole joined SCS with over a decade of experience advising ultra-high-net-worth families on all aspects of estate planning and wealth strategy. As Head of Wealth Strategy, she oversees values-based wealth planning at SCS and collaborates across the firm to deliver comprehensive wealth advisory services to clients. Nicole partners closely with clients and their advisors to provide guidance on multigenerational wealth transfer, business succession, philanthropy, next-generation engagement, family governance, and tax minimization. She brings deep experience in helping complex families manage and transition wealth with clarity, purpose, and intent.

Prior to joining SCS, Nicole was a Senior Wealth Planner and Managing Director at Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH), where she advised multigenerational families on estate planning and wealth transfer.

Earlier in her career, she was a trusts and estates attorney at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP. Nicole graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law and Northeastern University. She is a 21/64 Certified Advisor and is currently pursuing continuing education through the Bowen Center for the Study of the Family.

Active in her community, Nicole serves on the Board of Directors for the Dimock Center, Veterans Legal Services, and the Boston Estate Planning Council. She is also a member of the Boston Foundation’s Professional Advisors Committee. An avid runner, Nicole has completed more than ten marathons. She lives in the suburbs of Boston with her husband and three children.
