David joined SCS Financial Services in 2016 with over 10 years of experience working in the investment business. As a Director in the Investment Group he is responsible for the firm’s Fixed Income investments. Prior to joining SCS, David was the lead Fixed Income Quantitative Strategist for Fidelity Investments’ Strategic Advisers group where he advised on asset allocation, fixed income portfolio construction, and business cycle modeling. He was also a Vice President and research head at FactSet Research Systems, where he oversaw a quantitative research team that developed fixed income analytics and multi-asset class risk models for the firm. Before his career in investments, David worked in academia as a research fellow and lecturer. He has taught at SUNY Stony Brook, SUNY Old Westbury, and Penn State University. He holds a BS in Honors Mathematics from the University of Michigan, a PhD in Mathematics from the Pennsylvania State University, and an MBA from the Johnson School of Business at Cornell University.
